The National Museum of Denmark is arguably Denmark’s most prestigious museum and a veritable treasure trove of Danish history and culture. As the country’s largest museum of cultural history, this is a must-visit for anyone interested in Denmark’s past. N.B. Most of the museums in Copenhagen are closed on Monday so keep that in mind when planning your visit.
